You buy your Botox®, Dysport® or Xeomin® units up front at a lower rate, and we hold them in your account until you want them. List price is $15 a unit. Banked, you pay $12 or $10 a unit — up to $1,400 off a single purchase. You pick your product at each visit and you can switch between them. Most patients treating the upper face — 11’s, forehead and crow’s feet — use about 55 units a visit, and come in two or three times a year. That puts a typical year somewhere between 110 and 165 units. Adding the lower face, chin or neck can take a single visit up to 100 units, so a full-face patient will use more.

At that rate a 75-unit bank covers roughly five to eight months, a 100-unit bank roughly seven to eleven months, and the 220-unit bank — 240 units with your free ones — roughly seventeen months to a little over two years. Your units never expire and they roll over, so buying a size up is never wasted.

Your units never lose value. Bank again within 24 months and anything left rolls straight into your new bank. Or convert your remaining purchased units to a gift card — to keep, or to give to someone else. Nothing is ever wasted. The Bare Insider is closed to new members. If you are already an Insider, nothing happens automatically — your membership stands and you keep everything you have.

You have two choices, and one deadline:

Honestly, for most patients it is The Bare Standard — but here is the same information side by side so you can decide for yourself.

The Bare Standard is $199 instead of $99. That extra $100 is buying you the tox bank — at 100 units you pay $10 a unit instead of $12.75, which is $275 back from that one thing alone. The birthday units are worth another $300.

The exception, and we would rather say it than sell you something you do not need: if you use less than about 75 units of tox a year, renewing at $99 is genuinely the better deal for you. Call us and we will do the math with you before you decide.

Your points come with you, and you keep earning double either way. Your banked units are yours no matter what you choose.

One thing to know: if you are on one of the older Insider plans with a $100 birthday credit, that credit stays with the old plan and does not transfer. You would be trading it for 20 free units of tox — a $300 value — so nearly everyone comes out well ahead, but we will tell you plainly if you are the exception.

They do three different jobs. Thermage uses radiofrequency to tighten and lift — no needles, no downtime, and it works under the surface. Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency, so it firms and remodels while it resurfaces — better for texture, pores and acne scarring. Fraxel Dual is a resurfacing laser — it is the one for sun damage, tone and fine lines. Many patients end up combining them over a year. We will map that out for you.

It depends on the treatment. Thermage has essentially none. Clear + Brilliant leaves you pink for a day or two. Fraxel Dual is the most involved — most patients are wearing makeup by day three. Microneedling and Morpheus8 usually mean two to three days of redness. Filler can bruise. We will tell you exactly what to expect before you book, not after.

Lasers show up over two to four weeks as your skin turns over. Thermage and Sculptra work differently — they build your own collagen, so the change arrives gradually over three to six months and keeps improving. Filler is immediate, and settles over about two weeks.

Because that is how they actually work. Clear + Brilliant, microneedling and Morpheus8 build on each other — one treatment helps, three change your skin. Buying the series is both the better result and the better price.

Now. Anything collagen-based — Sculptra, Thermage, Morpheus8 — needs two to three months to show, and a series needs the treatments spaced several weeks apart. Starting in September is the difference between looking your best in December and starting in December.
